Colour Cleanse: The Colour Cleanse is perfect for those new to cleansing, with one of each of our juices and a nut milk. This cleanse gives you the chance to see what juicing is all about by easing you in nicely with a range of 7 different and delicious drinks! Roots & Fruits: This combination combines our root and fruit based juices with our cleansing waters and nut milk for our intermediate cleanse. 3 of the juices are ginger based, providing a healthy dose of this flu busting spice, whilst the Activated Coconut Charcoal and Spirulina waters act to cleanse the body. Green Cleanse: The green cleanse is our lowest sugar cleanse & is not for the faint hearted. It packs a serious punch of goodness with our most serious green juices and cleansing waters. Whether you do 1, 3 or 5 days of this cleanse, you’ll come out the other side feeling reset, refreshed and ready for anything! 5:2 Cleanse: We are particularly pleased with our 5:2 cleanse plan, as we have worked out two combinations that will help sustain you on your fast days whilst sticking to your 500 calorie limit. We have also taken into account the fact that you may be sticking to the 5:2 long term, so we have come up with 2 variations to keep things interesting and make it even easier for you to maintain your diet!
