Don’t panic! We’re sure you know how to enjoy your weekends just fine (🍷🍺🍹🥃). But if having a weekend of wellness and feeling fresh perplexes you just a tad, here are…

10 easy ways to improve your weekend wellbeing:

1. Head to an outdoor yoga class or for a cheaper option get your friends together and follow one online. Being in nature is instantly calming and replenishes your vitamin D. 

2. Grab a smoothie after or make your own Mango Madness. Go Caffeine free, think fresh juice, cucumber water and less stress.

3. Talk to a stranger, connect with someone you don’t know and feel your endorphin levels rise – get that feel good factor!

4. What have you been avoiding? Make a list and tackle them. I promise you will feel great afterwards. Lift that weight from your shoulders.

5. Get baked! One of the most therapeutic things you can do is to work with your hands. Try these Vegan chocolate, banana & lucuma muffins and release your inner domestic goddess. Don’t knock ‘em ‘till you’ve tried ‘em.

6. Go TV free. Spend time reading, with your friends or pick up a new hobby. Keeping your brain active and engaged can help boost mental awareness and increase your IQ.

7. Start with your heart. Get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes each day can dramatically reduce your risk of of diseases and lower cholesterol. Think star jumps, burpees and running up and down the stars.

8. Thinking of eating out? Why not have a picnic instead. There are loads of healthy picnic options available and you could always make your own to cut costs. Bad weather? Don’t worry, put the blanket on the floor and just pretend.

9. Dance it out. Put on some 90’s tunes or whatever floats your boat and get moving. Dance with friends, dance alone, just dance like nobody’s watching.

10. Release your inner child. Remember those carefree days of childhood? Well recreate them, grab some play-dough, finger paint and make a mess. Get silly, relax and take some time for you. Adulting is hard.
